A surcharge of £16.00 per carton is applied.
- Back Orders: providing that the original order is carriage paid, any back orders follow without carriage as soon as the stock is available again.
- Breakages/discrepancies to be notified both to us within three days of receipt of goods, in writing, otherwise no claims can be entertained.
- No return of stock, or related carriage, is accepted by us without prior written approval. A 10% restocking and handling fee will be charged where applicable.
- All prices subject to alteration without notice. Goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the time of despatch.
- Retention of Title: The buyer shall pay for each consignment of the products supplied to it hereunder with settlement at 3% discount for payment within 14 days, otherwise strictly net. Payment must be made despite the fact that title to the product has not passed to the buyer and ICTC shall accordingly be entitled to sue for the price of the products delivered. Recovery of possession of products supplied shall be without prejudice to the rights of ICTC to sue for the purchase price under this clause.
