ICTC, The Intercontinental Cooking and Tableware Company,
was established over 30 years ago to supply specialist cookshops with the best
cookware and tableware products. It was ICTC who introduced the first electric
Food Processor to the UK market at the beginning of the 1970s.
In 1985 the electrical part of the business was sold and
Magimix established their own Company in the UK.
Since then ICTC have concentrated on developing major
cookware brands like Cuisinox, Berndes, Mauviel, and Kaiser bakeware as well as
pioneering innovative products such as the Microplane grater and the Rabbit
corkscrew. In February 2004 ICTC merged with C'est Ca!, a manufacturer of high
quality kitchen textiles. The combined businesses operate from an extensive
warehouse in Norwich and delivery to the trade is usually within 48 hours.
